What strategic opportunities do we have? How do we create value for the owners? The questions were abundant and necessary.
The management of a leading Danish IT company asked themselves three questions: What strategic opportunities do we have? How do we create value for our owners? Do we have any preferences and what are they?
The assignment was thus to create a number of scenarios that could shed light on owner and management options. Through a series of workshops, market analysis and research of companies, three main scenarios were defined. Two of them involved a continuation of the company with different market approaches. The last one - a sale.
Responsibility for the engagement and the consultants during the process. Worked on creating workshops and analysis of data and market research. Building of scenarios and formulation of recommendations and debriefing.
The project translated into a report that formed a foundation for owner decision-making. The process ended with the company being sold to a global IT provider.
